Corporate Office,
Pirangut
The Corporate Office at Pirangut is the result of salvaging an old dilapidated structure. The existing structure was entirely retrofitted, with new additions made, to build the new structure. This ensured maximum energy conservation and was a conscious choice.

The new office has a big reception and display area with a central courtyard with a good number of plants and natural light. This natural light seeps deep into the building to almost all the spaces, minimizing the need of electromechanical lighting. The meeting rooms and cabins are also large, giving the structure a sense of openness and comfort.
The open office for about thirty people is overlooked by the director’s cabin. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped conference room. There is also a cafeteria and adjoining pantry which was a part of the old structure. There is also an extra area for suture expansions on the first floor. This leaves the terrace which is an ideal spot for post-work gatherings, parties, and events.
